Where will it start?

Amendments to the Constitution can take up to seven years. During that time, our organization must prove that the international government will be able to allow mankind to function on a higher level than the old structure, otherwise, why make the changes?

We are first opening the plan to debate, and then following the Track Our Progress planning stages, which start with the first proposal--the Exit Strategy for Iraq--and then we, as a nation, are assuming responsibility to undo the damage we have done by invading a sovereign nation.

The planning for this proposal starts with the Crisis Center in Brookings, Oregon, and involves the channels sharing our gift of prophecy and healing to help people overcome the effects of the power games.

Our tent tour involves the US Survival Cards, which takes the debate to the people in the form of the grassroots movement.

Why an Article V convention?

The creation of the international government requires a structural change to the Constitution, an additional layer of government over what already exists. This route to amend the US Constitution is most like how our Founding Fathers functioned.

When they had an issue that had to be addressed, they gathered and debated it. They "stormed the mountain." Everyone had input on the issue, and they built on each other's efforts until they reached the highest level they could reach.

With the creation of the international government, we are replaying the American Revolution on a global scale, but this time mankind is rebelling against the tyranny of the games that governments play.

America is demonstrating to the rest of the planet how our government functions, and what better place to start than by addressing a pure-constitutional issue? They have watched our government function and have made assumptions that are not necessarily true. If the US Constitution is to be the basis for the international government, it must function on its purest level possible.

The eyes of the entire planet are on us now.
